Pastoral Counseling

At times, experiences of hurt, loss, or uncertainty can begin to affect not only how you feel, but also how you relate to your faith or spiritual life.

Pastoral counseling offers a space to explore both the emotional and spiritual aspects of what you’re going through. You don’t have to separate these parts of yourself.

We may look at experiences such as grief, illness, life transitions, or questions about belief and meaning. The focus is not on having answers, but on making sense of what’s been stirred and finding a way forward that feels grounded and true to you.

My approach is steady and thoughtful, with attention to both psychological and spiritual experience. Wherever you are in that process, you’re welcome to bring it here.

Some of the ways this work may be helpful:

Find relief from emotional and spiritual distress.

Reconnect with or better understand your spiritual resources.

Work through challenges in a way that reflects your beliefs and values.

For many people, a sense of spirituality can be a meaningful source of support, especially during times of difficulty or uncertainty.
